Nick Loniello loves real estate. He has closed over 3,500 real estate transactions ranging from single family home purchases to complex commercial real estate development, sale and lease transactions. Two real estate paralegals with substantial prior experience as closing officers for title companies, Peg Meyer and Gretta Dougherty, assist him in keeping up with the fast paced world of real estate transactions.

While planning and closing a trouble free transaction is the primary job of every seasoned real estate lawyer, Nick Loniello also loves to litigate a real estate dispute when necessary. Most of his litigation and appellate practice is focused on real estate related issues.

In addition to buyers and sellers, Nick Loniello also represents banks, real estate brokers and developers in real estate transactions. He also helps organize business entities such as limited liability companies, drafts commercial contracts, and assists clients with their estate planning and probate needs. He also litigates personal injury claims and some family law cases.

Nick Loniello has 22 years experience, and is the founder of the firm. He is happy to provide references, and boasts that his "resume" is a large file stuffed with thank you notes from satisfied clients.
